FOOD: An Appetite for Design – TOPOS at Singapore Design Week 2017

FOOD, an acronym for Focused, Operational, Outstanding Design, is the underlying framework that TOPOS Design Studio uses for its F&B clients to derive the most effective commercial returns for their investment in design.

Following the success of last year's sold out Design talk at DC Comics Superheroes Cafe, TOPOS Design Studio is proud to announce our participation in Singapore Design Week 2017 to share design insights with the public.

How does one maximise design per dollar on the F&B front?

Join us as we bring participants into the "behind-the-scenes" look at creating new F&B concepts for commercial productivity. Participants will learn about design thinking and incorporating them with commercial requirements to create dining concepts that will rock both the diners and the business owner.

Talay Thai serves authentic Thai food with an urban twist - it’s a modern, warm and avant-garde “drinking hole” where suits and foods collide. “Talay” which means seafood in Thai, pushes the boundaries of Thai Cuisine by introducing dishes with a small, yet stimulating contemporary twist on traditional taste.

Talay Thai is set to make waves as the newest Thai tapas concept in Singapore and is in the hottest wine and dine precinct - Clarke Quay. The interior décor exudes a resounding punch of personality; the orchestrated harmony of the rustic deep red floors, eclectic fish scale feature walls and ornate traditional Thai displays is a sight to behold and drinking hole worth a go.
